2018 Summer Research Internships in Animal Behavior
Interested in animal behavior? Ever wondered how parent birds manage to raise offspring that grow at 100 times the rate of infant humans? If you are curious, check out this opportunity!
Full-time positions available this summer to do research on the biology of parental behavior, aging, and stress in house sparrows at the University of Kentucky. Interns will design a project that may involve observing nests, caring for and handling birds, taking data on behavior, and carrying out experimental manipulations of circumstances parents encounter.

• Get paid a stipend is $4000 for the summer
WHO SHOULD APPLY
Successful applicant(s) must be enthusiastic about science, meticulous and careful, and available for full-time work (which may include occasional weekend days) from early May to early August.
